I am assigned to three education agencies (two of which are focused on Deaf support), and I am sincere in saying that you are my favourite agency to work for. Your approach is always polite, personalised and friendly. I have worked for my other Deaf support agency for almost 10 years and in that time, I have never been personally thanked or sent biscuits – this was a lovely gesture, and it made me feel valued.
