As part of our series introducing you to our team members, we sat down to chat with Danielle, who works as Finance Officer.

Danielle Graham
Where are you from?
My life has mostly been based in North Essex. However, I did spend a lot of time during my teen years in Newbury/Reading in Berkshire for my education.
What have you done in your career until now?
All sorts! I’ve been an actress, workshop facilitator, bar staff, Senior Support Worker, Housing Officer, events coordinator, post-woman and bookkeeper… I have probably missed a few out! I love to learn anything and everything, and I’m now settled and focused on finance for a career – being a perfectionist works really well in this role…!
What is your proudest achievement?
Accomplishing a degree with 2:1 honours while buying my first home and raising my daughter as a single parent.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
An actress or an accountant.
What are you reading?
The Funniest Boy in the World – yep, a teen book for bedtime reading for my eldest boy. The other books I read are finance study-related!
What surprises people about you?
That I have 4 kids… Apparently, I don’t look or act my age!
What’s your favourite quote?
” You never fail until you stop trying” – Albert Einstein
What is your favourite thing about being a Finance Officer?
Working logically, playing with numbers, and ensuring everything is accurate and running smoothly. I love working with diverse tasks, and assisting people with any issues while having the dream team’s full support when needed is the icing on the cake!
