Rob rejoined terptree in November 2022 to take up the Customer Service Manager role, with a key focus on supporting the Customer Booking Team and related activities.
Previously Rob has worked mainly within financial services and for a range of B2B sector companies, including Prudential, Covea, Camelot and SUMS Group, with principal responsibility for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams that he led. With a passion for customer service, whilst at Covea Rob was instrumental in developing a strategy to enable accreditation to the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), performance rated as ‘world class’.
Rob is a PRINCE2 practitioner and qualified in Lean Six Sigma. Rob brings over 20 years of customer management experience to our team.
Away from work, Rob is busy being Dad’s cab to his youngest son. Rob is also an FA level 1 qualified football coach. Any remaining time is spent trying to remain relatively fit, and he can often be seen on his bike cycling around the Berkshire and South Oxfordshire countryside.
