This is where we undertake a full and detailed audit of a business to look at how they are serving deaf customers. We work with our customer to take a look at the current practice, conducting a gap analysis and making recommendations for future strategic direction.

In the audit, you will work with us collaboratively and need to analyse how you serve deaf customers and those with a hearing loss across your business.

Do this by getting a clear understanding of how your business functions on a day-to-day basis in applying our expert knowledge.

We look at things like what the business has historically provided to deaf customers, any current training content around the subject, plans moving forward and how deaf customers are served across the brand.

The audit would be carried out over a day and then a report compiled detailing the performance of each area within the business with actions for enhancements.

We undertake a full and detailed audit to take a look at current practices, conducting a gap analysis and making recommended actions for future strategic direction.  Once we have undertaken this thorough process you receive a detailed Implementation plan to support you in making some small changes that will have a huge impact.
