Deaf people are very diverse, with different levels of hearing loss and ways they like to communicate. Many professionals help deaf people communicate, like British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters and notetakers, but it can be confusing to know what they all do.
Our team can help you understand the different types of communication professionals and find the right one for a specific deaf person. All the professionals we work with are qualified, experienced, and registered with a professional organization. They’ve also passed background checks, have insurance, and regularly update their skills.
We support our team and give them in-depth training so they can provide the best possible experience for both deaf and hearing people. Our CEO, Victoria, is a qualified BSL interpreter, which gives us valuable insight into the booking process from all angles.
We’re dedicated to exceeding your expectations. We do this by talking openly with you and getting your feedback throughout the booking process.
Our expert team have a wealth of experience and are on hand to answer any questions you have about booking communication support to communicate with a deaf person.

Interpreter for Deafblind people
Deafblind people have different needs and preferences when it comes to communication. Interpreters can work in a hands-on manner, signing on the Deafblind persons’ hands. For those with Ushers, the Interpreter would produce BSL in a smaller signing space to work within the Deafblind persons’ field of vision.

Once we have this information, we’ll check the availability of our communication professionals.
We’ll work closely with you throughout the process, focusing on your needs. Our goal is to find the best communication professional for you, making communication easy for everyone.
