Victoria has worked in the deaf community for her entire career, starting at the British Deaf Association, establishing local support services for the deaf community and working in Mental Health.
Once qualifying as a British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreter, Victoria went onto work in a wide range of organisations including the following; BBC, Metropolitan Police, Houses of Commons, various FSTE 500 companies, Councils and Health Authorities across the country, having even interpreted for the then Prime Minister David Cameron when he addressed Vodafone team at their Newbury HQ.
17 years ago, Victoria founded terptree – with a compelling mission to change the world for deaf people, through creating inclusive experiences for deaf employees and deaf customers.
Victoria has a drive about her that is contagious and she truly, deeply believes and cares about the work that she is doing.
